Which airport should I fly into?
The nearest airport is Jaipur International Airport (JAI), which is well-connected to major Indian cities like Delhi and Mumbai, as well as several international hubs.
How do I arrange a taxi?
We have made arrangements with a local taxi company to help guests organise transfers. Bookings can be made directly with the taxi company, with at least one week's notice. The contact number and further details will be available here from 20th October. Please contact the company directly to discuss your journey and arrange your transfer.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Hotel check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Do I need a visa for India?
Most international guests will require an e-visa to enter India. We recommend applying at least 30 days before Jaipur 2026 via the official government portal.
How do I get around in Jaipur?
For personal trips into Jaipur city, Uber and Ola are widely available and reliable.
Is there on-site parking available?
Yes, valet parking is available at the venue entrance. If you are reaching by your own vehicle, follow the signage to the main courtyard parking.
Where are the events being held?
All the events will take place at The Palace by Park Jewels in Jaipur.
What will the weather be like in November 2026?
November in Jaipur is beautiful! Expect pleasant days around 25°C and cooler evenings around 15°C.
What about gifts and the registry?
Your presence is the greatest gift of all, and we feel so lucky to be celebrating with you.
If you would like to give us something, we kindly ask that you avoid boxed gifts, as we’ll be travelling back to London and won’t be able to transport them easily.
When do the celebrations start?
The wedding festivities officially begin with a welcome lunch on November 14th, 2026. We can't wait to see you there!
Will there be hair & makeup services?
Hair and makeup services can be pre-booked directly with the beauticians. The contact number will be available on this website from 20th October.
The beauticians will be based in a dedicated room within the hotel grounds, where you can get ready for each event.
Please make your booking by 2nd November.
Are there irons in the room?
There is an iron and ironing board available in each room. We have also arranged ironing services for all guests at the venue. These will be available in a dedicated room within the hotel grounds.
Please bear in mind that these services may be busier in the lead-up to each event, so we recommend planning ahead if you wish to use them.
When will breakfast be served each day?
Breakfast begins at 8:00 AM and end at 10:30 AM.
Can I utilise the hotel's room service?
Tea and coffee facilities will be available in each room, with tea and coffee also served throughout the day in the hotel’s communal areas. All meals will be served at designated times as part of the wedding celebrations.
Room service is also available at the hotel should you wish to use it.
